EXAM RESULTS FEVER IN THE AIR...ALL SEEMS DIFFERENT AND NOT THE USUAL...SOME WILL ACE OTHERS SOME WILL CRY OVER SPOIL MILK SOME WILL NEVER GET WHAT THEY DESERVE
I hate the suspicion that builds before these dreaded results Are results the criteria for our knowledge??
Are results first and last thing in the world?? 
The answer to both these questions is a plain NO neither do results measure your capability nor your knowledge Exams in India are all about rot learning and learning and knowing the few things that are bound to turn up on the Exam day some get lucky some don't!! some Ace it some don't..
But there is a hype over it because everyone here believes that this is the only criteria  for measuring where one stands..
The other day was talking to an uncle who is helping me find an internship told him about my CGPA(which is btw our colleges way of showing what kind of kids we are :P) and as usual didn't have a good enough score!!
He tells me to maintain an 8 Pointer because companies see that more than your achievements your technical expertise...
It made me wonder is life about getting a good CGPA o wat??
What have we done wrong in life will there never be scope for competence...

WAS Comin Home by metro just couple of hours earlier saw a couple hugging 'openly'...
At the same time hear an old uncle say to his friend loudly!
"YEAH bache INdia to England bana denge, kitne batameez hogaye hain"
coudn't stop wonder when INDIAN'S will grow up this is the reality now... No matter what anyone says   things have changed now we ll have to wake up to reality..
I know what the old and experienced might feel of youngsters polluting our culture our values ..
But its an extremely sad comment ... There are always youngsters who respect value society alot...Most Indians going abroad have a sense of love for their motherland they respect value their customs traditions even more than us back home!!
Kissing touching and hugging doesn't change who we are as individuals ...doesn't suggest that we don't value our traditions!!
Indians always have and always be full of customs, traditions , compassion...
We ll always be called as the 'High context country' where Human beings are valued and understood!
So my advice "GROW UP IF YOU HAVEN'T"

1st year
=>Make as many friends as you want hit on as many girls you like :P what they call here as HOT CHICKS
=> JITNA PADHOGE UTNA FAL MILEGA
in short padhne wale bache are mahaan rest are bhagwaan bharose! 
( translated in english studies are the most important rest goes down drain
=> Roam GIP and CSm all year round and still not get bored of it! 
=> give exams as almost school kids and not have a clue of how they went...
Any way it was a great time made loads of friends some that didn't last some remained all through this  phase of ups and downs some were never mean't to be!! But those were the times where ego an hatred had no hold upon us...
Then came the 2nd year
=> The section split came as a rude shock to everyone!!!
=> Slowly and steadily things stabilised on the class stuff but became quite the opposite on the friendship front...
=>It all became normal with time we all have those hi bye sort of people at this point had loads of them.[ All i can say people come and go but life goes on forever ]
3rd year
=> All seemed good by then but now the pressure of performing being the best came into the picture ...
=> But the masti continues always no matter what time of the day!! to have those special people called as friends in your life makes it all worthwhile..
When this year My and Your 3rd year ends you will know who will stand by you forever, who always was just a guest wanting to gain benefits who was always there but wasn't given importance!!

"SO care for those who are there Leave those who don't cause they never will"

and personally speaking most of them are hidden they aren't people who do rot learning neither are those people excellent scorers ..neither the ones who show off about every small achievement of theirs...

They do things differently...and intelligently!!

We have always had people in our lives who haven't done academically well but have always got what they wanted and also the ones who just rely on good marks to get what they want..

How fair is that?? its frustrating sometimes how people are more concerned about your pointers rather than your knowledge... Fact of the matter is that these stupid pointers won't get you anywhere what will help you succeed is your determinism your hardwork your wit and willingness to seek perfection...

People there isn't anything that you can't accomplish..

So for the rest of the year give every little thing your all..there isn't any shortcut for success and no shorter route to your goals....

so there aren't any intelligent people but just SMART PEOPLE!!

Ok the very purpose of writing this post is the fact "GUYS I MISS SCHOOL REALLY BADLY :( " though i wouldn't have called myself even close to being able to socialize enough back then but then .

i know people my few friends understood my nature,understood what i was going through my identity!!

I was a sort of a person who loved sports didn't care if i came sweating home coz of it didn't care what people thought of me,lived a free and secure life!!

People might think their lives are the same still But NO would be the answer -WE ARE NOW ADULTS have RESPONSIBILITIES have a FUTURE have things to PLAN to look forward to...

Those were the glorious days when talking to unknown people was not a taboo you were remembered for what you did right rather than what what u did wrong

when you laughed as hard as you could not even a faint sight of that fake smile people have these days

Those were the days you loved more,gave more did work selflessly.

Miss those trips to orphanages,old age homes where a child's smile and a disheartened senior citizen's smile made your day!!

Our teachers were the most amazing some gave us the spirit to perform,the will to succeed though cursed them often but it was never from the heart...deep down i always knew they brought the best in us!!

OH those morning assemblies, those HYMNS,those CHRISTMASES,those FETE's I miss it all

IN THE END

i can't my friends enough who have made me what i am!!

A strong confident young lady!!!!!

Recently an old friend called up saying she had been tryin for medical since 2 years but missed out on good colleges all because of a few seats! ohh i thought to myself it takes courage to miss out on two years of your life for this! but imagine what it must feel like just making it but not really achieving your GOAL...hell it is...

It makes you wonder..it makes you sad..but it never holds you back..
